Shipping is free on every order, wherever you are.
Production time
Most pieces are made to measure or made to order in our Barcelona studio. Orders ship within approximately two days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery
Please follow your tracking number. If you are not home, the carrier will usually try twice and leave a notice before taking the parcel to a pick-up point. If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, the cost of re-sending it will be charged.
Returns
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Please get in touch first so we can look at the options together.
Repairs
Repairs are free of charge; you cover shipping both ways. Email us with a photo of the piece first.
Sculptures
For sculptures and large works, shipping is quoted individually. Please contact us before purchasing.
